WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
Batteryheads is currently offering Free Ground Shipping for all laptop batteries, camera and camcorder batteries, as well as camera/camcorder battery chargers shipped to addresses within the Continental United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO, FPO, etc).
HOW MUCH IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING?
Simply choose "Free Ground Shipping" at checkout and your order will be shipped for free and should arrive in 3 to 7 days. This offer does not apply to orders that include batteries or accessories other than those designed specifically for use in laptops, cameras and camcorders. If your order includes any product other than batteries or chargers for laptops, cameras or camcorders, your entire cart will be subject to standard ground and expedited shipping fees.

Free Shipping and Best Way orders typically ship via the US Postal Service. We also offer shipping via FedEx. If you choose to have your order expedited, shipping options are available based on each carrier's freight cost. Priority Mail and FedEx rates can be found by clicking on the “Estimate Shipping and Taxes” link found on our website and can be selected during the checkout process.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED TO ME?
Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship orders to the address provided in checkout. Orders that are returned and marked as "undeliverable" or "refused" will have return shipping fees deducted from refunds.
If you have questions or need help calculating expedited shipping rates simply call us during our business hours and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help you calculate your shipping charges. We work to make sure your package is shipped in the most cost-effective manner. If you have a larger order, please contact us to discuss shipping options.
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day the order is placed (if the order is placed before 1:30PM Mountain Time) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after 1:30PM Mountain Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
When you place your order on Batteryheads.com, we will email you an order confirmation. When your order is shipped, Batteryheads will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. (If your email address is a Yahoo or Hotmail address and you don’t see these emails from Batteryheads.com, please check your spam folder.)
Depending on your location and the shipping method you specify, Free Shipping, Best Way, and USPS deliveries may take 3 - 10 business days from the date of shipment. USPS delivery estimates for Priority Mail are estimates and do not have guaranteed delivery dates. FedEx shipments are guaranteed to arrive according to the service you specify. FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery do not have guaranteed delivery times as both options are shipped via ground transportation.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Check the tracking link contained in your shipping confirmation email to see where the package is in the US Postal system. We can help you check the status of the package if you contact us.
WHY HASN’T MY ORDER ARRIVED YET?
If your item is currently out of stock, “OUT OF STOCK” will appear in red under the item. Otherwise, your item is in stock and we are delighted to sell it to you. If your item is out of stock and you would like to know when the item will be restocked, please call us during business hours and we will give you an estimated arrival date.
IS MY ITEM IN STOCK?
If we list the battery as being compatible with your camera, camcorder, laptop, etc. then it will work with your device. How to find out? Select a product—for example the Canon EOS Rebel T3i Digital Camera Battery. On the bottom left side of the screen there is a box that says “COMPATIBLE MODELS”. If you click on that box it will show you all of the cameras that the battery will work with.
WILL THIS BATTERY FIT MY DEVICE?
If you still are not quite certain that the product is right for you after reading through the description on the listing, please call us or use our Live Chat feature and ask us if it is compatible.

If we are unable to resolve the issue over the phone, we will set up either an exchange or return for your product. All Batteryheads.com orders come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. TechFuel® batteries and accessories also have a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, unless noted in the product description.
WHAT IF MY BATTERY DOESN”T WORK? WHAT IF IT IS NOT CHARGING? WHAT IF IT DOESN’T FIT?
If your camera, camcorder, laptop or other electronic device is not recognizing your new battery or if your battery is not charging correctly, please try the following steps:
Begin by reviewing the Battery Chemistry and Maintenance page. Inspect the contacts on the battery, and electronic device. Be sure the contacts are clean and free of debris or packing materials. Blowing on the contacts or cleaning the contacts with a cotton swab is often effective. Insert the battery in the unit or charger and fully charge and discharge three times. It is normal for the battery to only hold a partial charge the first few times through the charge/discharge cycle. This process will often allow the battery to synchronize with your camera, camcorder, laptop or other electronic device. If your battery does not respond to the steps outlined above, you may have received a defective battery. Please call us at 1-888-378-6888 or email us at RMA@batteryheads.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Battery exchanges must have an RMA number to be processed. Completing all of the above steps will help avoid delays in using your battery and minimize unnecessary shipping charges.
