Shipping Policies

Batteryheads.com offers fast and efficient shipping on all orders! Best Way shipments are handled by DHL Global Mail and are delivered to your mailbox by a USPS mail carrier.

We also offer our customers several US Postal Service (US Customers only), and FedEx and FedEx Ground options.

Depending on your location and the shipping method you specify, DHL Global Mail and USPS deliveries may take three to ten business days from the date of shipment. FedEx shipments are guaranteed to arrive according to the service you specify. FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery do not have guaranteed delivery times as both options are shipped via ground transportation. The amount of freight will automatically be recalculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected.

One word of caution, please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship orders to the address provided in checkout. Orders that are returned and marked as "undeliverable" or "refused" will have return shipping fees deducted from refunds.

To determine when your order will arrive, you must consider the availability of the item and the shipping option you've selected. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day the order is placed (if the order is placed before 1:30PM Mountain Time) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after 1:30PM Mountain Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday).
