Our Carriers

Batteryheads.com offers multiple shipping options from FedEx, FedEx Home Delivery, and US Postal Service. Once your order ships, you will receive the package tracking number via email. You can also find tracking numbers for past shipments by reviewing your order history. Best Way shipping orders typically ship via US Postal Service.



Shipping Restrictions

Materials used in construction of some batteries are considered dangerous or hazardous materials. The way we ship these batteries is regulated by governments as well as by shipping carrier policies. Our shipping and handling department is trained and certified in handling and packaging these batteries, and will ensure that only allowed methods are used. Also, when ordering a product that has shipping restrictions, the options offered to you at checkout will be restricted to only allowed shipping methods.



Shipping Charges

In some cases, Batteryheads.com offers Best Way shipping at a flat rate. Additionally, expedited shipping options are available based on each carrier's freight cost. The amount of freight will automatically be calculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship orders to the address provided in checkout. Orders that are returned and marked as "undeliverable" or "refused" will have return shipping fees deducted from refunds.



When Will My Order Ship?

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day the order is placed (if the order is placed before 1:30PM Mountain Time) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after 1:30PM Mountain Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday).



When Will I Receive My Package?

Depending on your location and the shipping method you specify, Best Way and USPS deliveries may take three to ten business days from the date of shipment. USPS delivery estimates for Priority Mail are estimates and do not have guaranteed delivery dates. FedEx shipments are guaranteed to arrive according to the service you specify. FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery do not have guaranteed delivery times as both options are shipped via ground transportation.



Can I Get Saturday Delivery?

Please note, FedEx does not move or deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays unless special delivery options are purchased. If you need to arrange Saturday delivery of your package, please place your order by calling our customer support representatives at 1-888-378-6888. Our support reps will provide you with all options available to us, along with the associated shipping costs. Note: None of the shipping offers available for selection on web orders will guarantee Saturday or Sunday delivery. You must contact us via phone to make these arrangements.
