We offer our customers the choice of delivery by US Postal Service (US Customers only) or FedEx.
Depending on your location and the shipping method you specify, USPS delivery may take one to two weeks from the date of shipment. FedEx shipments are guaranteed to arrive in the timeframe you specify. The amount of freight will automatically be recalculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected. All orders are shipped by weight. You may be able to add additional items to your order without incurring additional shipping charges!
To determine when your order will arrive you must consider the availability of the item and the shipping option you've selected. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day you place your order (if the order is placed before 1:30PM MST) or on the next business day (if the order is placed after 1:30PM MST). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday unless there is a national holiday).
Batteryheads.com provides outstanding customer service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 30 days in its original, undamaged packaging and we will refund the full product price. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A restocking fee will be applied to returns that show wear or damage to the packaging.
